This election is about your future, your family, and the future of our community. As your candidate for Mayor, I am committed to bringing experienced leadership, accountability, and a people-first approach to Town Hall. I am asking for your support because I believe Ajax deserves leadership that listens, delivers results, and works every day to make life better for residents.
My name is Carion Fenn, and I have had the privilege of serving our community through leadership in healthcare, media, and charitable work. During the global pandemic, I helped provide governance and oversight for healthcare services supporting more than 750,000 residents across Durham Region as a member of the Board of Trustees and Quality Committee Chair at Lakeridge Health for five years. In this role, I contributed to the oversight of healthcare services with operating budgets ranging from $650 million to $990 million, supporting five hospitals, long-term care facilities, and mental health and addiction services. For the past nine years, I have also served as a Rogers TV host, providing a platform to inform, engage, and connect with our community. In addition, I founded and continue to lead the Carion Fenn Foundation, a registered charity based right here in the Town of Ajax. Together, let's build a stronger, more affordable, and more prosperous Ajax for everyone.

Carion Fenn is a proven community leader, healthcare advocate, and proud Ajax resident who has spent years serving families across Ajax and Durham Region. As Founder & CEO of the Carion Fenn Foundation and host of Health 180 with Carion Fenn on Rogers TV, Carion has been dedicated to helping people, strengthening communities, and giving residents a voice. She brings five years of healthcare governance experience as a Lakeridge Health Board Trustee, along with leadership on its Quality Committee and Ajax-Pickering Hospital Community Panel.

She is also a former Vice-Chair and Accessibility Advisor to the Town of Ajax Accessibility Advisory Committee. Carion has been recognized with the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Pin, Adult Ajax Civic Award, Ontario Volunteer Service Award, Rogers TV Resiliency Award, and numerous other honours for her commitment to community service, healthcare advocacy, accessibility, and leadership.
